Is there enough to do to stay on-site, or should we plan to drive around?
You are more than welcome to relax and stay on the property, and we are happy to cater for you. However, there is so much to see and do in the area that you will definitely want to drive around and experience Wilderness Village and the broader Garden Route.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: Anytime from 14:00 to 19:00. If you expect to arrive later, please advise us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Check-out: By 10:00. We are happy to securely store your belongings if you would like to venture out one last time before heading off to your next destination.
Is there secure parking available?
Yes, we offer secure, complimentary parking on the property behind automated gates.

We are around 28 km from George Airport, which is an easy 30-minute drive via the N2.

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies depending on the booking platform you use. Our standard policy for direct bookings and local platforms (e.g., LekkeSlaap) is structured as follows:
- More than 1 month before check-in: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- More than 2 weeks before check-in: 25% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 0% of the deposit is refunded.
Note: If you book through a third-party channel like Booking.com or Airbnb, your stay is subject to the specific rate option (e.g., non-refundable vs. flexible) selected at the time of booking. Please check your confirmation voucher for the exact terms tied to your reservation.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
The property layout itself lends well to wheelchair accessibility, and our bathrooms are spacious; however, please note that the bathrooms do not have specialized disability grab rails or roll-in features. Additionally, there are stairs and no ramps leading down to the pool and garden areas.

Do you offer an airport shuttle or transfer service?
